Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order, login to your account and go to manage order section. In case you have placed the order without a log-in, write to us on  lever.care@unilever.com  or call us on 180030026286180030026286.

Cancellation after Shipment:

In case you wish to cancel an order which has already been shipped, The refund shall be initiated after we receive the shipped products back and verify the condition of the products. 

After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation emails and another email with refund details to the e-mail address provided in your account. In case of orders placed with cash on delivery option, only one email confirming the order cancellation shall be sent.

Return/Exchange Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Is different from its description on the product page

Refund (For Returns/Cancellations)

In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited  to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. You may contact our customer care number for any queries on status of refund.

Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the Paytm account or bank account as per your preference and details shared with us.

Refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
